End Of Phase Evaluation – South Odisha Initiative For Education, Livelihood, Health And WASH

Tata Trusts initiated a multi thematic programme targeting the improvement of the quality of life of the beneficiaries through four major areas – livelihood, water and sanitation, community health and primary education in three districts of Odisha. The objective of the exercise was to provide a thorough evaluation of the integrated interventions in South Odisha since the first phase was about to complete and also to provide recommendations for improvement & strategic suggestions for the next phase. In the end line study, DevInsights used a Quasi-experimental design covering 20 villages to analyze the program performance, measuring activity, output and outcome indicators for the implementation period of these interventions.
